This policy describes how The House of Nonni Ventura ("we") handles the personal data you provide. 1. Data controller The data controller is the owner of The House of Nonni Ventura, reachable at info@thehouseofnonniventura.es. 2. Data we collect What you send through the contact form (name, email, optional phone, message), your email address if you subscribe to the newsletter, and anonymous technical data if you accept analytics cookies. 3. Purpose (a) To reply to the requests you send from the site forms. (b) If you subscribe to the newsletter, to occasionally send you news and offers about the house. We don't share your data with third parties outside the service. 4. Newsletter (double opt-in) Subscription is optional and uses double opt-in: after subscribing you receive a confirmation email with a link. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every newsletter; we then remove your address. We keep your email only while you stay subscribed. 5. Legal basis Your consent when submitting the forms and when confirming the newsletter subscription (GDPR Art. 6.1.a) and our legitimate interest in replying to you. 6. Retention We keep messages for up to 24 months after last contact, and newsletter subscribers until they unsubscribe, unless a legal obligation applies. 7. Your rights You may access, rectify, delete, object to, or request portability of your data by writing to info@thehouseofnonniventura.es. You may also file a complaint with your local data protection authority. 8. Security Data is stored encrypted on European servers with access restricted to the owner.
