Using this site implies acceptance of these terms. Content is informational and may be updated without notice. The actual booking of the property is governed by the conditions agreed in writing between the parties. Booking conditions • Confirmation: 30% deposit (50% for last-minute bookings). • Balance: 30 days before arrival, or on arrival for last-minute bookings. Payment by bank transfer or Bizum. • Final cleaning: €60, added to the stay. • Security deposit: none. • Cancellation: up to 30 days before arrival, full refund; between 30 and 15 days before, 50% refund; less than 15 days before or no-show, no refund. House rules • Check-in from 16:00 (self check-in), check-out by 10:00. • Maximum 3 guests (2 adults + 1 child). • No pets. No smoking indoors. No parties or events.
