Check-in & check-out
How does check-in work?

Check-in is fully self-service. You'll receive a message with the code for the outdoor key safe, where you'll find the apartment keys. You can arrive at any time of day or night without needing to coordinate with us.

Official check-in time: from 16:00.

What time is check-out?

Check-out is before 10:00. Leave the keys in the same outdoor key safe where you picked them up. There's no need to clean the apartment - just collect your belongings and close the door behind you.

Is early check-in or late check-out possible?

Depending on availability, we can offer early check-in from 11:00 or late check-out until 14:00. Write to us in advance and we'll sort it at no extra cost if the calendar allows.

The apartment
How many people can the apartment accommodate?

The apartment is designed for 2 people. It has a double bed in the sleeping area and a sofa in the living area that can be used as a child's bed (180 cm mattress). Maximum 3 people (2 adults + 1 child).

Is parking available?

There is no private garage, but there is free street parking right in front of the building and in the surrounding area. In high season you may need to park a few minutes' walk away.

Are bed linen and towels included?

Yes. The apartment is set up with the bed made and bath and hand towels for all guests. You'll also find beach umbrellas and beach towels to use during your stay.

Is there a washing machine in the apartment?

Yes, the apartment has a washing machine. You'll also find an iron and ironing board.

Is it suitable for families with children?

Yes. The apartment sleeps up to 3 (2 adults + 1 child): the living-room sofa works as a child's bed and a cot is available on request. The pool in the residence is great for little ones.

What is the pool like?

It's a shared pool within the residence, with a lawn area and sun loungers. The house has direct access to it.

The area
How far is the beach?

The golden sand beach of Jandía is 250 metres from the apartment, about 3-4 minutes' walk along the promenade. It is one of the most spectacular beaches in the Canary Islands, with crystal-clear water and fine sand.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed. The residence rules do not permit them.

How do you get from Fuerteventura airport?

The airport is about 100 km to the north. The most convenient options are:

· Car hire: recommended - many companies at the airport. Journey of about 75 minutes via the FV-2.
· Taxi: approximately €100-120 for the trip.
· Bus (Tiadhe): line 05 to Puerto del Rosario and a transfer; the journey can take 2-3 hours.

We recommend renting a car for greater freedom in the area.

Do I need a car?

Not for everyday life: beach, restaurants, promenade and shops are a few minutes' walk away. A car is handy for exploring the south (Cofete, the lighthouse) and getting here from the airport.

Booking & price
How much does it cost to book directly?

By booking directly with us you save the platform fees (Airbnb, Booking...), which can add 15-20% on top of the price. Contact us via the form or WhatsApp to get the best available rate.

What is the minimum stay?

The minimum stay is 3 nights in low season and 5-7 nights in high season (July-August and Christmas). Ask us if you need more flexibility.

How is the booking confirmed and paid?

After receiving your enquiry, we send you availability and the full price. To confirm the booking we ask for a 30% deposit (50% for last-minute bookings); the balance is due 30 days before arrival, or on arrival for last-minute bookings. We accept bank transfer and Bizum. A final cleaning fee (€60) is added to the price and shown in the final quote. No security deposit is required.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: full refund. Between 30 and 15 days before: 50% refund. Less than 15 days before, or no-show: no refund.

Is smoking allowed in the apartment?

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Smoking is permitted on the terrace.

Are parties or events allowed?

Parties and events are not allowed. The residence has community rules that must be respected, especially at night. The apartment is designed for restful stays.

What happens if I need help during my stay?

We're available via WhatsApp throughout your stay and respond within a few hours. For urgent emergencies (water, electricity) you can call us directly on the number you'll receive with the access details.
